Communication infrastructure

Documented behaviour, or we don't ship it.

We build the quiet automated layer between your business and the person trying to reach it — a patient at 23:40, a client on a Sunday. What it does is specified. What it can't do is written down and published. And a real person is always reachable, without the request being justified first.

What we build Two lines

Two things. Each one has its limits written next to it.

Every capability below is printed at the same size as the thing it can't do. That isn't modesty. If the limit is set smaller than the capability, the layout itself has pretended.

Chatbots & automation

Your business's automated assistant. It states what it is in the first message, answers what it's been given, and hands over to a person the moment a question stops being routine.

Does
Answers routine questions and takes a booking request.
Does not
Answer clinical or legal questions — those go to a person.

Websites and platforms for businesses and institutions — database-backed, API-connected, handed over whole. Romanian schools and University of Bucharest faculty sites are shipped work.

Does
Full handover — you own the code, domain and database.
Does not

The floor · non-configurable

You can always reach a person. Without proving the request is justified.

Not a settingNo client can switch it off. It's priced in, never sold as an upgrade.
Code, not a promptThe escalation path is a fixed protocol. Model improvisation is disabled.
Where control endsWe own the behaviour we design and ship. The clinical and legal decisions stay yours.

The line between our system and your judgement — drawn on purpose.

Why DevCore Three principles

Each of these is a mechanism. Each one has a test.

Not values. A value is a thing you say. A mechanism is a thing that stops you — and every one of these has already stopped us at least once.

Pillar 01

The floor is not a feature

A person is always reachable, and no contract tier removes that. The test: if a client asks to disable it and sales says yes, the pillar is decoration. Sales cannot say yes — it's written into the contract before signing.

Pillar 02

Every capability shows its limits

Every capability on this site is shown next to its limit, at the same weight. The test: open any claim here and you can see exactly where it stops. A claim you can't check is a slogan.

Pillar 03

You own everything we ship

Websites, platforms and automations are handed over whole — the code, the domain, the database. The test: if you left tomorrow you could take it and run it without us. If you couldn't, we built a dependency, not a deliverable.

How it works Five steps · every project

The same five steps, whichever line you're buying.

01

Discovery

Thirty minutes. We learn the problem and say plainly whether we're the right people for it. Sometimes we're not, and we say so on the call.

02

Proposal

Fixed scope, fixed price, and the list of things it won't do. You approve the limits as well as the features, before anything is built.

03

Build

We build against the specification and version it. The escalation path is written in code, not in a prompt, so it can't be argued with at runtime.

04

Review

You test it yourself on a live link and try to break it. What breaks gets an incident number, whether you found it or we did.

05

Launch & record

We deploy, hand over, and keep the record. Corrections are published with a date. So are the ones still open.

Tell us what you need. We'll tell you if we're wrong for it.

You get a plan, a fixed price and a list of limits. If the honest answer is that you don't need us, that's the answer you get.

Who repliesA person, not the assistant. Response time isn't measured yet, so we don't advertise one.

OfficeBucharest, Romania. Working in Romanian and English.

Your message goes to a person. We don't publish a response-time guarantee, because we haven't measured one yet. When we can prove one, we'll put it here.
